Kids Craft

Bring your little ones, ages 3 to 12, to the store for a craft! Hand painted bird art! Each child will stamp their hand in paint, and they/we will turn it into a bird! This is a great parent keepsake. Cookies and drinks will be provided. Please call or email the store to reserve a spot. North Texas Wildlife Center Presentation and Animal Guests Saturday March 16, 2024, 10:00am
Join us for an in-store presentation on Your Wild Neighbors, educating on the role of wildlife in our neighborhoods! Live animal ambassadors such as Coconut the Opossum and a Screech Owl will be present to greet guests and take pictures.

Bat World Sanctuary Presentation Saturday March 16, 2024, 3:00 pm
Special Guest, Kate, will be in store for a presentation "Backyard Bats," covering the beneficial role of bats in our neighborhoods ,as well as, myths and misconceptions. Kate will also discuss what Bat World Sanctuary does and why they do it. (No live bats will be at this presentation as this could stress them out.) Cookies and drinks provided.

Local naturalist and author Amy Martin will be in-store for a presentation! Her book is phenomenal for any age and for anyone from a beginner to seasoned naturalist seeking out nature in parks, along trails or even in your own backyard.

Join us in-store with our very own master naturalist Charley Amos. You don't have to be a master naturalist to enjoy the birds at Wild Birds Unlimited Arlington. Charley will help you get started with the basics of bird and feeder knowledge, as well as, answer any questions. Coffee, cookies and drinks will be provided.
